""I loved this book for its encouragement and emphasis that the roads may be tough but I will surely succeed in being where I want to be financially and this has nothing to do with my aptitude in abstract matter but the intelligence I constantly grow through improvements in the level of my financial literacy.I recommend this book to every entrepreneur and those who have dreams of becoming financially secure."

"Love this book! It is so true that "A" students work for "C" students! The "A" students overthink everything and don't act (analysis paralysis) while the "C" students jump in and get the job done. Kiyosaki shows the importance of doing your due diligence and then either dropping an investment opportunity or acting right away."

Start minding your own business. Keep your daytime job, but start buying real assets, not liabilities or personal effects that have no real value once you get them home. A new car loses nearly 25 percent of the price you pay for it the moment you drive it off the lot. It is not a true asset even if your banker lets you list it as one. My $400 new titanium driver was worth $150 the moment I teed off.

Why teach financial literacy?

Answer: Because financial education isn't taught in school.

Uncover the truth behind the saying "it's not how much you make but how much you keep" that makes people rich.

"Effectively summarizes the problems in today's society...from the education bureaucracy and the "public sector" unions to the Fed and the Feds and the corporatocracy...from a refreshing point of view that is not from the false paradigm of conservative vs. liberal or Republicon vs. Democrat. Kiyosaki pulls no punches here."

The history of taxes and the power of corporation

Was Robin Hood a saint or a crook? How you answer that question could explain your financial status. Understand why it's the poor and middle-class that pays the most in taxes and how to pay taxes like the rich instead.

"This should be required reading by EVERYONE. Makes a very strong argument for financial education in our school system and finally confronts the big white elephant in the room - entitlements such as Social Security, Medicare and Obamacare - and takes no prisoners. He is equally tough on Republicans and Democrats and charts an historical synopsis of the failure of our financial system."

The world is full of highly educated people. Perhaps you're one of them. But getting good grades in school doesn't necessarily equate to a rich life. Uncover the one skill that can make or break your financial life.

" This is a very reader-friendly book about finances. Robert Kiyosaki is very smart and has a great way of explaining difficult concepts in easy to understand ways, and he provides suggestions to apply what he explains in daily life. A great read when you're trying to find new ways to make money!"

Getting started

Utilize the financial genius hidden within yourself to layout your plan to financial freedom. Follow the 10-steps within this chapter to discover where to search for hidden treasures buried right before your eyes.

"It is true that majority of financial wisdoms Robert shared in the book were already discussed in his previous books. But the real question is whether you understand it and apply it to your real life. If your answer is no, this book is a great source for your and your children's bright future. Chapter 18 is especially inspirational. He gave us a couple of stories on how he has achieved infinity return, in his words, "printed his own money". In addition, the fact that he described the same financial concepts as in his precious work does not necessarily mean that this book is just another book. Firstly, his consistency in financial tips proves that that is how he has operated and succeeded almost 20 years since he first published "Rich Dad Poor Dad." Secondly, as Rich Dad mentioned that repetition is an important learning process. Repetition for sure helps us to understand more about how Rich Dad views money. Even subtle difference in explanation of financial concepts gave me great insights. What distinguishes this book from others are 1. Deeper analysis on how current economy and educational industry work 2. Great tips on how parents teach money to their children. I believe that Robert presents this as a textbook. ""I am a teacher,"" he stated in the book. The book also has 8 "lesson" chapters. In the end of each lesson chapter, he illustrated actionable items for parents. According to his analysis, it would take 50 years to transform existing education industry. He knows that he may not be able to transform education industry while he is still alive. I think that Robert put this great textbook together in order for parents to better raise children without waiting for education industry to change. No wonder he dedicated 2 years to write this book. None of the lessons in this book is currently taught at school. You as parents are responsible for teaching these important 8 lessons to your children."

Rich Dad Poor Dad Author

Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad - the international runaway bestseller that has held a top spot on the New York Times bestsellers list for over six years - is an investor, entrepreneur and educator whose perspectives on money and investing fly in the face of conventional wisdom. He has, virtually single-handedly, challenged and changed the way tens of millions, around the world, think about money.

In communicating his point of view on why 'old' advice - get a good job, save money, get out of debt, invest for the long term, and diversify - is 'bad' (both obsolete and flawed) advice, Robert has earned a reputation for straight talk, irreverence and courage.
